In February 2016 Zain Exhibitions handled sales and marketing for the 1st Suez Canal Global Conference, held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. In April 2016 it co-organised the Arab Youth Development conference and exhibition with Strengths of Abu Dhabi at the Fairmont Heliopolis. In October 2024 it designed and produced the Mediterranean Offshore Conference (MOC 2024) in Alexandria: stage, venue branding, AV and onsite operations for three days of ministerial panels and 31 technical sessions.
